What's included in your fee

Required fees include application, program, SEVIS and insurance fees.

Application fee coverage

The standard application fee is built into your total. No separate payment step for this cost.

All required visa documents

We prepare, sign, and issue your DS-2019 form (the official certificate that authorizes your J-1 status) and your Training Plan. These documents are required by the U.S. government.

SEVIS fee paid on your behalf

The U.S. government charges a $220 SEVIS fee for all J-1 applicants. We pay this directly so you don't have to navigate it yourself. It is included in your program fee total.

Note: Applicants from Germany and Austria applying through Intrax Germany are exempt and may purchase insurance coverage through a provider of their choice.

24/7 Emergency support

Around-the-clock emergency support while you're in the U.S., plus regular monthly check-ins so you always have someone to reach if something comes up.
